Over 5 weeks ago I purchased - 9780743269513 - The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey from your store.
I would recommend this book as the best management book I have ever read and I've read many on my way up the executive chain.
It is concise with its information, makes sense in everyday language and has practical advice that anyone can apply across all areas of management.
I was able to start using new skills immediately and measuring results. The change of attitudes in staff were immediately evident, morale improved noticeably. Taking action following these simple steps has left room for positive forward movement throughout the workplace. Senior Manager e-commerce
