Author Biography - Susan M. Collins
Susan M. Collins is a senior fellow in Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution and a professor of economics at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. USA. Her publications focus on various dimensions of economic policy and performance for developing countries. Carol Graham is a senior fellow in both Foreign Policy Studies and Global Economy and Development at the Brookings Institution, Washington, D.C., USA, where she holds the Charles Robinson Chair in Foreign Policy. Her most recent book is Happiness around the World: The Paradox of Happy Peasants and Miserable Millionaires (Oxford University Press, 2010).
