This introduction to coaching uses a four-step process which aims to make the development tool accessible to all. The formula gives readers an understanding of what to do and when to do it, so that they can coach other staff easily and with confidence. Developed over a number of years within a variety of organizational settings, the approach shows that anyone can be a coach and anyone can learn to coach effectively and quickly.
