Author Biography - Sally Edwards

Sally Edwards, one of America's leading fitness authorities and triathlon experts, is a member of the Triathlon Hall ofFame, a former Ironman Master's world record holder, and the national spokesperson for the Danskin Women's Triathlon, finishing more than 75 Danskin triathlons. As one of triathlon's pioneers, today she is the head heart of Heart Zones, an international health, fitness, and sports training company.
