Author Biography - Kai Yang

Kai Yang, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Wayne State University in Detroit. He is also a consultant with extensive experience in quality and reliability engineering. Basem S. El-Haik, Ph.D., is director of Enterprise Excellence and is presently spearheading the effort to deploy Design for Six Sigma across Textron Enterprise.
