Author Biography - Daniel Hjorth
Monika Kostera is Professor in Management at Warsaw and Vaxjo Universities. She has published 12 books in Polish and in English, most recently The Quest for the Self-Actualizing Organization (Copenhagen Business School Press & Liber, 2005), and articles in the following journals Organi-zation; Organization Studies; Management Learning. She is referee for several international jour-nals, including membership of editorial boards, as well as Associate Editor for European Manage-ment Review. Her current research interests include: organizational archetypes, organizational eth-nography and narrative methods.
