Kendler is the Director of the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Sciences, Virginia Commonwealth School of Medicine, Virginia, USA. Peter McGuffin is Professor of Psychiatric Genetics and Dean and Head of School at the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London, UK. Simon Wessely is Professor of Epidemiological and Liaison Psychiatry and Director, King's Centre for Military Health Research at King's College London, UK. David J. Castle is a Chair of Psychiatry at St Vincent's Hospital and the University of Melbourne, Australia.
