Author Biography - Karl A. Siil

Karl Siil is a Senior Research Engineer, Development and Program Manager on SRI International's C4ISR team, where he leads development efforts in Information Assurance for the Engineering and Systems Division. He is an expert in both IPv6 and the OMB-mandated Federal transition and a frequent speaker on the subject of IPv6 transition.
