Saunders, Ph.D., is Dean of Student Affairs at Lycoming College. Roger B. Winston, Jr., Ph.D., is Professor of College Student Affairs Administration at the University of Georgia. Joan B. Hirt, Ph.D., is Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Don G. Creamer, Ed.D., is Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs and Director of the Educational Policy Institute at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Steven M.
