Author Biography - Aiden Byrne

Aiden Byrne is currently head chef of The Grill Room at the Dorchester Hotel in London. He was previously Tom Aiken's head chef at his restaurant in Chelsea and has worked with other high-profile chefs, including Paul Rankin and David Adlard. He lives in West London.
