Author Biography - Nicky Britten
NICKY BRITTEN is Professor of Applied Healthcare Research at the Peninsula Medical School, Universities of Exeter and Plymouth. She is a sociologist with particular interests in the use of medicines and complementary and alternative therapies, patient-professional communication about prescribing, and the synthesis of qualitative research.
