Caitlin Cooper has a near-perfect life; married to a handsome husband with two young daughters; an adrenaline-filled job on which she thrives as a top TV producer and a young assistant, Kennedy, who is both professional and someone Caitlin views as a trustworthy friend. The book opens on the launch party of a new TV show, ‘Date Squad’, which Caitlin has created. The show is considered a smash hit and it doesn’t seem that Caitlin’s life could get much better. However this all changes as her ideal life ends very abruptly and it is only with the help of her best friend, her two daughters and mother that she learns that she can and will survive. With a look at what goes on behind the scenes of television stations, this highly readable and entertaining book grabs you from the very first page. It will appeal to women who enjoy a well-written, light and funny book. They will find themselves unable to resist being drawn along on Caitlin’s rollercoaster of emotions.
