P. CHRISTOPHER EARLEY is associate professor of management, Graduate School of Management, University of California, Irvine. He lives in Irvine, California. MIRIAM EREZ is associate professor of industrial organizational psychology, Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management, Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. She lives in Haifa, Israel.
