Author Biography - Margaret Wilkie

Margaret Wilkie is an experienced lectuer who has taught at several universities including University of Sheffield and University of Surrey. Rosalind Malcolm is a Professor of Law and former Head of the Shcool of Law at the University of Surrey. Peter Luxton is a solicitor and a Professor of Law at Cardiff University.
