Michael Holmes began his career in property with a borrowed deposit and has now amassed a portfolio worth over one million pounds. For over ten years he has been editor of Homebuilding and Renovating magazine, the UK's bestselling publication in this category. He has presented over 65 programmes for BBC1 and appeared on many other programmes as a property expert. He writes regularly for national newspapers including The Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph.
