Author Biography - Chris Cook
Chris Cook is a Visiting Research Fellow at the LSE Library. He is currently working on the Routledge Companion to the History of Christianity. Philip Broadhead is Pro-Warden (Students) at Goldsmith's College, London where he has taught early modern history for many years.
