What a fantastic Australian book. The recipes are great and instructions are very clear. There are recipes for soups, lamb, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables and desserts. The author has also included some 'general helpful hints', which any cook would find helpful, especially if you've never used a slow cooker before. This book will give you all the confidence you need to use your slow cooker. I was surprised at some of the recipes you can cook in a slow cooker (especially some of the desserts). If you've been searching for recipes for your slow cooker, as I have, this book will end your search. I would recommend this book highly to anyone.
