Christopher Gair is a lecturer in American Studies at the University of Birmingham, and a contributor to the "Jack London Journal" and other publications. He lives in Cambridge, England. Tony Horwitz is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and the author of "Confederates in the Attic," among other books. He lives in Virginia."
