PAUL GRISERI is currently the Director of Studies at the Management Studies Centre at University College, London, UK. He has taught extensively on Business postgraduate programmes and has published on a range of Management subjects. JAMES WISDOM is the Vice-Chair of the Staff and Educational Development Association and Visiting Professor of Educational Development at Middlesex University, UK. He also works as a higher education consultant, specialising in educational development.
