Unknown Hebrides by John Macpherson
Book DescriptionFeaturing two main groups of islands - the islands of the Firth of Lorne and islands of Skye and Ullapool, The Unkown Hebrides is a spectacular celebration of some of the most beautiful and yet inaccessible of Scotlands island heritage. Not simply beautiful in themselves these islands serve as spectacular vantage points for the magnificent scenery around. From the great amphitheatre of the Firth of Lorne to the grandeur of the Cuillins from Soay, this book is a unique portrait of Scotlands forgotten islands. It is also a poignant reminder of islands long abandoned by man, and industry now long forgotten.

Mull, Paperback (August 2006)
Mull is an astonishingly diverse island. Sheltered on its east side by Morvern and Ardnamurchan, the western side of the island in contrast is an altogether more dramatic landscape, punctuated by indented sea lochs and battered by Atlantic gales. This book celebrates the extraordinary natural beauty of one of Scotland's most famous islands.
West Highlands, Paperback (September 2005)
This book forms part of a series of images of Scotland's most beautiful scenery taken by some of its finest photographers. These books are not simply pictures of what we can see from our car window, nor simply misty landscapes but photography which gets to the heart of both the landscape and its human component.
