Gina Wisker is Head of Learning and Teaching, Centre for Learning and Teaching, University of Brighton. Kate Exley is an Education Consultant and Series Editor of the Key Guides for Effective Teaching in Higher Education series. Maria Antoniou is Research Fellow at the Centre for Learning and Teaching, University of Brighton. Pauline Ridley is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Learning and Teaching, University of Brighton.
