Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham have done it again with the 'sequel' to the chartbuster 4 Ingredients entitled (somewhat uninspiringly) 4 Ingredients, 2 which graces the top of the Bestsellers and the Fastest Movers charts this week. The 'Highest New Entry' this week is also for the gastronomes, the Sydney Morning Herald 2009 Good Food Guide by Simon Thomsen & Joanna Savill which takes top position--WBN.
