Terry Dowling's short story ‘Toother' has won the Australian Shadows Award for best horror story of 2007.
Published in Eclipse 1 (Night Shade Books), Dowling's tale of a serial killer in the habit of removing his victims' teeth was also shortlisted for an Aurealis Award.
