You can imagine the piles and piles of books (with small black type) about depression and ways in which sufferers and their loved ones can deal with it. But something refreshing, of the same subject matter, has graced the peak of the Most Mentioned chart this week. Husband-and-wife-team Matthew and Ainsley Johnstone have put together an illustrated book entitled Living with a Black Dog that is more for the loved ones than the sufferers. Most Mentioned in the Media this week:
Good Parents, The by Joan London
Living with a Black Dog by Matthew and Ainsley Johnstone
Human Smoke by Nicholson Baker
Spare Room, The by Helen Garner
