Irish author Anne Enright has won the Man Booker Prize for her latest novel - a family epic - based in her home town, Dublin. The nine surviving children of the Hegarty family come home for the wake of their brother Liam and it is then that they have to face his issues and their past. The Gathering featured throughout Australian media during the weekend.
