Author Biography - Janne Apelgren
Janne Apelgren is former National Print Editor, Food & Wine, Epicure editor and day editor of The Age, and in three decades of writing and editing has been a travel and food editor for The Age and Sunday Age, and edited or written for several magazines including The Melbourne Weekly, Who Weekly, Sunday Life and Family Circle.Roslyn Grundy is a former editor of The Age Good Food Guide, Epicure, The Age Cheap Eats and The Age Good Food Shopping Guide. A journalist for more than two decades, she has specialised in food writing for 15 years.
