Author Biography - Thomas C. Elliott

Thomas C. Elliott was an editor with McGraw-Hill's Power magazine, where he worked for over 20 years. Kao Chen, P.E. is president of Carl-sons Consulting Engineers in San Diego, California, a firm specializing in electrical and illuminating systems design and energy management. Robert Swanekamp, P.E. works as a consulting engineer in San Diego, California.
