Description - The GI Plan by Azmina Govindji
Everyone knows the benefits of focussing on the right carbs when dieting. However, it isn't always easy. Now for the first time, you can use this unique point-counting system and lose weight forever. he Glycaemic index (GI) is one the hottest topics in dieting today, yet even using that to shed kilos can be difficult. However, with the GI point system there's no stress and no complicated calculations. Each food item has been given a points value- simply add up the points of your favourite foods each day and off you go! And it's flexible - even if you are a bit naughty now and then, you can still lose weight and get healthy. The GI diet is not about avoiding foods - it's about balancing your meals, and it is designed to keep you full for longer so you don't feel you're on a diet.
