James F. Silver, Professor Emeritus in Residence at The College of New jersey in Trenton, is a former middle/junior high school teacher, K--8 principal, and New jersey certified reading specialist. This is his fifth teacher resource published by The Center for Applied Research in Education. Mr. Silver lives in Pennington, NJ.
