I found this book initially at the library being vegetarian and naturally curious I pick it up. I was that impressed I ordered it.
I will be the first to admit that Im not a great cook. But with this little book I’m able to make Pad Thai, Cous Cous , Curries. It’s opened up some great possibilities.
Suitability impressed I have brought it for friend’s vegetarian and no vegetarian alike.
The recipes are simple and direct and there are some nice pictures for every recipe. I haven’t come across a bad recipe yet.
Highly recommended for the most beginner cook to advanced chefs, also a great present for those closed minded meat eaters who are not that creative when it comes to vegetarian cuisine.

This is an awesome collection of simple nutritious and unapologeticly vegetarian recipes. I have made several of them and the work well and taste great. From dips, salads and soups to simple meals, party food and more filling fare this book has it all. It contains good information about ingredients and nutrition. Recipes are divided based on ingredients by and large which makes finding things very easy. There are illustrations for most of the recipes which will make you drool! This is a great book to give to people who have no idea what to feed vegetarians and vegans (vegan recipes are noted)....heck I gave it to my mother in law!
