Eileen Rhude Yoder, Ph.D., is the founder and president of Medical Diet Systems, Inc. She holds a doctorate in nutrition and health science, and is executive vice-president of the Chicago chapter of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation. She and her family live in Tinley Park, Illinois.
