Author Biography - Robert Falkner
ROBERT FALKNER is Lecturer in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Associate Fellow of the Energy, Environment and Development Programme at Chatham House, UK. His recent publications include The Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety: Reconciling Trade in Biotechnology with Environment and Development (co-edited, 2003).
