Author Biography - Paul Sharp

PAUL SHARP is Professor and Head of Political Science at the University of Minnesota Duluth, USA. He is author of Thatcher's Diplomacy and co-editor (with Karl Schweizer) of The International Thought of Herbert Butterfield. He is founding co-chair of the Diplomatic Studies Section of the International Studies Association and Convener of the Group On Diplomacy of the British International Studies Association. GEOFFREY WISEMAN was a member of the Australian Foreign Service and served as private secretary to the Australian Foreign Minister. He has also worked in the Executive
