Author Biography - Maria Grever
MARIA GREVER has widely published on historiography, gender and political culture. Due to several remarkable achievements in the field of academic history and history education she received a royal decoration. One of her recent books with Berteke Waaldijk is Transforming the Public Sphere: The National Exhibition of Women's Labor in 1898. She is editor in chief of Tijdschrift voor Geschiedenis, the foremost historical journal in the Netherlands. She is also a member of the Social Sciences Council, an advisory council of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences. Currently she is conduc
