KERN ALEXANDER has written extensively on international economic regulation and policy. He has taught economics, international political economy, corporate law, financial regulation, and international economic law at the Universities of Cambridge, London, and Warwick, UK. He is also the principal lecturer on professional training courses on the topic of extraterritorial US economic and financial sanctions and has advised European companies and regulators on compliance with extraterritorial US economic sanctions.
