Godschalk is a professor emeritus of city and regional planning at the University of North Carolina. Edward J. Kaiser is a professor emeritus of city and regional planning at the University of North Carolina. Daniel A. Rodriguez is an assistant professor of city and regional planning at the University of North Carolina.
