Author Biography - Norvella Carter
Norvella Carter, Ph.D., is director of the Teacher Education Center at Illinois State University in Normal, IL. Matthew Parker is president of the Institute for Black Family Development in Detroit. He has played editorial roles in the books The Black Family and Men to Men.
