Author Biography - M. Rowe
MICHAEL ROWE is Lecturer of Modern European History, Queen's University, Belfast. He is a specialist in the field of Napoleonic history, and his publications include numerous articles and chapters devoted to various aspects of state-formation. His forthcoming monograph is entitled From Reich to State: the Rhineland in the Revolutionary Age, 1780-1830.
