KAREN EICH DRUMMOND is a registered dieti-tian and the author of several cookbooks, including Cook's Healthy Handbook (Wiley). Ms. D'Amico and Ms. Drummond are coauthors of The Science Chef and The Science Chef Travels Around the World.
