Author Biography - John J. McGonagle
JOHN J. McGONAGLE, JD, LLM, is a consultant and the author or coauthor of eleven business books, including Business Agreements and The Internet Age of Competitive Intelligence. He previously served with the President's Private Sector Survey on Cost Control, providing expert advice on managing consultants. McGonagle has also held senior staff and officer positions for major financial services corporations. CAROLYN M. VELLA is the Founding Partner of The Helicon Group and the author or coauthor of eight business books, including Improved Business Planning Using Competitive Intelligence and Master Guide to Control of Corporations. Her global consulting practice encompasses clients from Australia to South Africa and from Canada to Switzerland.
