JAY CONRAD LEVINSON is Chairman of Guerrilla Marketing International, a consulting firm serving large and small businesses worldwide. Walter Thompson and Leo Burnett Advertising. MICHAEL W. McLAUGHLIN is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, and has over twenty years of consulting experience.
