Theodore H. Blau, PhD, was a president of the American Psychological Association and Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Psychology. He authored a number of acclaimed reference works in forensic psychology, including The Psychologist as Expert Witness, Second Edition (Wiley). Fred L.
