Author Biography - Terry Hawkins

David Mayer, the Series Editor, is Head of the Department of Drama at Manchester University. Pauline Menear teaches Stage Management at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. Terry Hawkins has worked extensively in theatre administration, most recently at the Oxford Stage Company and London's Young Vic Theatre.
