Great idea for a cookbook!

Finally a book that acknowledges the real heroes behind Australia's fresh food - the producers!

Some great recipes and wines to match! Not only are many simple to arrange but the book is also clear and easy to follow!

Certainly worth buying for anyone who is keen to try their hand in the kitchen, whilst supporting the farmers and producers of Australia!

The best thing about this book is that it also sets out the stories behind each recipe, so the chef/cook can truly understand why it is so important to use fresh ingredients and local produce from in and around the Australian countryside.
