Penny Orwick has been writing about Windows driver development since 1997. She has worked closely with the Windows Driver Foundation team since the early stages of development and has developed technical papers for the driver development community. Guy Smith is a writer specializing in device drivers and kernel-mode topics. He has more than a decade of experience developing programming documentation for Microsoft technologies, including Windows Shell, Internet Explorer and the Windows Presentation Foundation.
