Book Review: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J. K. Rowling - Reviewed by (02 Jul 2011)

Harry Potter is a strange boy, different from all others, especially his Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia and Cousin Dudley, with whom he lives and has lived since he was just a baby and his parents tragically died. Harry has never fitted in, he's always been just a bit... different, from the others in his school and his street; and then there are the strange things that have happened, his hair being awfully cut and then growing back overnight, his teachers hair turning blue, hiding from Dudley and his gang behind the distbins and then, almost magically, finding himself on the roof. And then, just before his 11th birthday, everything starts getting even more odd. And Harry finds out, that he is a Wizard.

This book will stay in history for a long, long time.
