For many people, the RAF's Red Arrows are the epitome of effective teamwork: co-ordinated, assured, capable of reaching seemingly unattainable goals. What do they have that management teams are lacking? Detailing the Red Arrows' approach to teamwork, this book shows how the same team-building and team development programmes can be applied with successful results in the workplace. It explains how the Red Arrows' super-team techniques can create high-achieving management teams that can achieve spectacular results, work together more effectively, and are guaranteed to create maximum impact.
