Author Biography - Dan Steinbock

Dr Dan Steinbock is a mobile phenomenon in himself. Based in New York City, he serves as Affiliate Researcher at Columbia Institute for Tele-Information and is Visiting Professor at the Helsinki School of Economics. He is a Fulbright scholar and currently the Director of the NYC office of Finland's Academy of Sciences. An international speaker, he has consulted for major international organizations. A regular contributor to the press, he is also author of a number of acclaimed books including The Nokia Revolution and Wireless Horizon.
