Patrick Holford is founder of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. He is Britain's top nutrition expert and is the author of over 20 health books, including The Holford Diet (0749925434), and the blockbuster Patrick Holford's New Optimum Nutrition Bible (0749925523), which has sold over 1 million copies in 30 countries.
