Suzanne Rivard is Professor of Information Technology and holds the Chair of Strategic Management of Information Technology at HEC Montreal. Her work has been published in such journals as Communications of the ACM, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, Data Base, Information and Management, Journal of Management Information Systems, and MIS Quarterly, and others. Currently she is an associate editor on the board of Information Systems Research, the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and Revue Gestion.
